I like cosy mysteries, and this one had a decent kill and a new business that was cute to hear about. The main character had a knack for seniors which showcased that seniors are human too, which we tend to forget as we take away all their decision-making abilities and put them in prison-like situations. However, the entire book is filled with sexual harassment, from colleagues to every senior she knows. Why is it cute that a 75 yr old stares down the chest of his neighbor's employee? The man would have been disgusting in his prime and why we have the #metoo movement now. And unfortunately, to keep the story moving, she makes her main character act in a manner that is stupid and naive. And where is the police in all this, anyway? Do they not care there is a murder across the street? And what son is not going to know the value of that ....? Well, I'll let you find out if you can stand to read the whole thing
