Fantastic emotional messages about family, reuniting, and the church. Actor Forest Whitaker plays a Reverend Cobb of a Harlem Baptist Church. Rev. Cobb with his wife must suddenly take care of their grandson whose mom had lost her job in another state, (and she had her son sleeping near an oversize TV with potentially harmful EMG high emissions on the opposite wall). The Cobb grandson went through a lot to find himself. What is excellent about this film is that it is a musical. The lousy side was that I felt sorry for the few hacked evergreens--known as x-mas trees--they looked real.
