This page-turner gripped me from the first page and didn't let up until the twist at the end (which I totally did NOT see coming). I hated to put it down but I had to sometimes to catch my breath. A disturbing read that had me questioning everything and everybody until the very end.

Good. A lot of twists and turns. Just when you think you figured it out, you haven't.

Final Girls had all the elements of a great murder mystery- unfolding characters, a multiple murder or two, guessing the identity of the perpetrating murderer, questioning how and if it will come together in the end.

I was still guessing right until the reveal! Sam made me so nervous that I just wanted to shake Quincy and tell her to make her leave!! Good read!

Final Girls is an unsettling, intense psychological thriller that will keep you guessing until the very end. The twisty plot turns in this book about one of the survivors of a serial killer, a girl who is once again a target, but cannot remember any details of the original crime, compel you to keep reading.
Scary, exciting and fun. This is a winner in the genre of psychological thrillers.

This was a pretty interesting take on the thriller genre. The main character, Quincy, is one of three "Final Girls" a trope used in horror films to describe the sole survivor of a bloody massacre. In this case, Quincy's was at a cabin in the woods. While many thrillers are about the events leading up to a violent, traumatic event, this story is more about dealing with what comes next. When one of the other Final Girls dies and the second comes out of hiding, the story becomes a but more of the usual thriller recipe. However, the author does a great job of writing an engaging story that remains entertaining til the end.

This was such a good read. Little slow at times but then just when you think it's going this way it goes another. Then you think you've got it figured out again but nope dead wrong. That's the way thrillers were meant to be written defidently a must read.
