Excellent spy thriller; sequel to Red Sparrow; Russian spy, Captain Dominika Egorova, and CIA agent, Nate Nash, continue their intrigues against a CIA mole, Egorova's sadistic, psychotic boss, and the Russian president, Vladimir Putin.

This book is filled with graphic torture at least the first 3 discs are. I did not keep going. The plot seemed good and I am not squeamish but it was a little too much. It may have gotten better but I couldn't get past the 3 discs. I wish someone had warned me.

Engaging, violent. Strong female charter though clearly written by a man.
