In 2000, Ana Salceda, a young journalist, moved from her native Spain to explore the wilds of Panama. She became the caregiver for a tiny orphaned baby sloth named Velcro. This is the story of Ana's return to Central and South America to see how much has changed since Velcro came into her life. A feel good video for all animal lovers. I know that children will enjoy watching how caring for the sloth brought much good to both lives. The facts presented were interesting in content and presentation. Watch this one for sure!

Do you ever watch Youtube videos of cute animals? This is a WHOLE DOCUMENTARY of cute slothfulness. (Is that the word?) It's surprising how little we know about these bizarre-looking, adorable, crawling moth colonies.

An engaging look at the often ignored and misunderstood animal, particularly from the point of view of one orphaned sloth. Informative, particularly in showing that sloths are not as slothful as they've often been dismissed as.

A fascinating look at the world of the sloth and those who are uncovering the secrets of this misunderstood mammal.
