Quick read if a little predictable, but when you're cuddled up next to the fire it's a fun read. I was surprised, though, at the editing errors. Was there no proofreader?

I have no idea where the description in this library listing came from -- certainly not from the book I read. There was a Colleen who has only one kid and the others aren't in this book. I did like the story I read, about Colleen who took a road trip south to look for items to clean up, paint, sell through her home business. Her niece Tamara ended up going with her. They did run into someone in a diner along the way; it was Colleen's old college best friend Bitty. There are some great bits in this book as each character reveals more about her inner self as they travel along. The ending wraps up a bit too smoothly (and predictable) for me, yet it was happy, and I am a sucker for happy endings. This is a fast read and fun.
