There are NINE copies of this film in the VPL catalogue, FIVE of which are CURRENTLY AVAILABLE, and yet you had to request the ONE specific copy I'd checked out, making it unrenewable ?! Thanks for the fine! Enjoy, considerate one, I'm sure it's great...
This was a very intense film, with a very dramatic plot. Penelope Cruz delivers a well-versed and dynamic performance as a woman dealing with sterility.
Amongst this plot the devestating and horrific siege of Sarajevo plays out. Emile Hirsch also derlivered an interesting performance as an artistic free-soul.
Terrible. Impossible to follow all the time and place jumping back and forth. A lot of people standing and staring at each other. Irrational behavior and pointless vulgarity.
