A tie-in to the Night of the Owls storyline is handled in a fairly self contained way (which is a good thing). This collection also features Nightwing taking on suspicions surrounding him, and an origin story. The writing and art serve the collection well.

Nightwing, like Batgirl and Batwoman, are offshoot Bat Family titles that continue to pleasantly surprise me. I didn't think I could get into a story or the character of Dick Grayson post Robin, but the creators have done a great job of making him interesting, always with the shadow of the Bat looming / looking / protecting / judging / following him. Worth a read!
