Uneven indie film, charming at times, slacker dude navel-gazing at other times. In artistic Austin, young creative writer Bill naively sets up a high-quality organic food stand without considering his true business costs or the character of his marketing/delivery person (who has a special product, along with a cynical, taker view of life). There are warm scenes where the local neighbors recognize and respond to his dreams, and despite his very bad poetry and monotone voice, he somehow wins the affections of a customer and finally sees his buddy's flaws. The ending is a surprise.

I cannot articulate why I liked this movie, but I did. Somethin' different, charming.
