Mathew Dunn continues to create great scenarios (possibly based on personal experience). Slingshot is an example of his style and it closes with a surprise ending that was unexpected.

It takes awhile before the significance of SLINGSHOT comes into play. A bit convoluted. But once the importance/history is shared - the book becomes more fun.
