Most definitely, not for beginners. Difficult to follow instructions if you are not acquainted with the practice.

One of the best - Scott Cole has a relaxed but highly effective approach; he doesn't take himself too seriously but still communicates key principles. He performs in reverse, allowing the viewer to do the moves in mirror image, an important practice when learning these challenging moves. The DVD is divided into five segments of approximately ten minutes each; they transition smoothly from one to the next.
