Jimmy Stewart does a good job, Maureen O'Hara just sits and wears too many changes of clothes. A bit of slapstick, a bit of sit-com "parents are stupid," a bit of 50s teen beach movie, and a bit of "Father -Knows-Best." But some decent (good) humour, and watchable if you are not too demanding. (It certainly isn't.)
