When American gunslinger The Montana Kid staggers into the Canadian Hamlet of Barclay's Brush, life for the 17 inhabitants is about to get exciting. The Kid gets into an altercation with Jack the town's blacksmith which leads to the Kid calling him out for some some frontier justice. But without a single gun to be found, adhering to the code of the Wild West may prove difficult.

My wife and I had a hoot watching this one. Right up there with Blazing Saddles! Lots of digs at the "Code of the West".

In which Paul Gross rides into town and the local folk persuade him to take a bath. Suitable for all ages, and great fun entertainment during a heat wave.

I don't recall watching a Canadian made movie. I love this one! Very well-made, witty, smart comedy.

Disappointing. Stick to "Due South". Fantastic serie. Paul Gross at it's best.

After watching the trailer and reading the comments here, I thought for sure I would enjoy this movie. I was sadly disappointed. It should be renamed to Funless. Unless you're desperate to see Paul Gross with long hair, pass on watching this movie.

Definitely some problems with this movie, and you can tell that it was done on a budget. But, for all that, it's a great parody of every "Gunslinger Western" ever made, and very funny.

This is a sleeper hit. I really expected nothing and got a great family film. You'll have to be Canadian to like it though.

NOT like most westerns.

I like westerns, I like action moves, but I also really liked this as well, I would watch it again.

Well done, one of those movies that takes you away.
