Detective Mike Fletcher, a rugged and obsessive police officer, and his partner Kelsey Walker, are on the trail of a serial killer who prowls the streets targeting young streetwalkers. This is quite a good movie with an unexpected ending. and re another comment about the driving. It seems just like a NORMAL!! day in the life on Calgary Streets.

A daughter-in-danger berserk detective, hazardous fast driving in snow, crazy abusive bad guy,.. and a trick ending.

While there is a huge element of predictability that kinda ruins the end, this movie wasn't really all that bad. It was entertaining at least.

acting wasnt very good.
plot was kinda empty, got bored very quickly and was pretty much the same throughout the movie......
