This is a 95-minute documentary directed by Michael Collins in 2011.
The film explores the Chiong murder case---a rape-murder case in the Philippines.
On July 16, 1997 in Cebu, sisters Marijoy and Jacqueline Chiong allegedly were kidnapped, raped, and murdered.
Francisco Juan "Paco" Larrañaga, a man of dual Filipino and Spanish citizenship was, along with six others, convicted of murder, and sentenced to death by lethal injection on February 3, 2004.
It also depicts badly corrupt cops and judges.
Meanwhile, in 2001, the corrupt president Joseph Estrada was replaced by Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, who abolished capital punishment.
It is a really incredible story---stranger than a fiction.
