Excellent book on ADHD- reputable authors with actual strategies to help you in your day to day life. I've read a lot of ADHD books, and this is by far the most useful- I was disappointed to see it returned to the library!

The book includes worksheets to help you sort through your thoughts and create personalized strategies. Also generally easy to read. Highly recommend for those with ADHD and their loved ones.
