I really much preferred the original format, where the team travelled to incredible historic locations worldwide. The newer seasons seems to have them contractually obligated through the Travel & Escape channel to now feature AMERICAN locations (generally resorts are starting to pop-up with relative frequency !?!), ONLY as ghost-hunter travel destinations (sad in particular was the SANDS Hotel Vegas episode, where they ''investigated'' a brand-new building; as the original had been demolished). There is plenty of comedic interplay going on with these boys, keeping the entertainment level going even when there are fewer spook-outs. Amazing amongst the hoaxters and drama queens on 'roids; G-Adventures is like finding a gold bar in a big ol' bucket-of-toids!

Zak Bagans is a good leader and great investigator; Aaron and Nick have their own quirky personalities as well, I'm a huge fan, and recommend Ghost Adventures to any paranormal fan. This is an old season; library doesn't have the newer ones yet; they are on season 9 now .. waiting for my turn to have this on holds. :)

The episodes were long winded and boring yet, the locations were interesting and a little scary. I've been to Gettysburg before I knew it was haunted and I got a heavy foggy feeling. (spirits?) The main leader was a bit exaggerated and annoying.
