Throughout the book, I found countless tidbits of Social Media related facts, and statistics that help build Jeremy Goldman's case for effective use of the Social Media for Marketing & Branding. Goldman lays out solid groundwork for how to approach Social Media for your business. Most important is his emphasis that engaging your audience as individuals - is critically important in order to make an impact.
