Loved it! I'm a big fan of historical fiction and have stuck to Philippa Gregory in recent year but Weir does a fantastic job. I really couldn't put this one down. Well worth the read if you too are a British Monarchy history fan :)

Family skeletons should be left alone, but seldom are. And the search for truth behind the death of the little princes in the tower is woven together in this well researched tale. Flipping back and forth in time, two women named Kate participate in the turbulent times of their lives. While one witnesses the events of Richard III, the other nearly a century later, sees her sister become a pawn in the very dangerous game of power and who shall rule England.

A well researched, hard-to-put-down historical novel telling the stories of Katherine Grey, sister of Lady Jane Grey, and Kate Plantagenet, the illegitimate daughter of Richard III. Though these women are from different time periods, they are linked by their interest in solving the mystery of the Princes in the Tower and by the fact that they are both pawns in their family's power struggles for the throne.
