Excellent documentary, featuring interviews with an artist and photographer who lived in the Beat Hotel on rue Git-le-Coeur in the 50's and knew Burroughs, Ginsberg, Corso and company. Also has interviews with the late George Whitman, proprietor of Le Mistral/Shakespeare & Co. Bookstore, a famous paris landmark frequented by the Beat writers.

It may not be the greatest filmmaking in the world but it is an interesting, one of a kind document about a remarkable time and place.
